Tim has been a full time real estate agent representing buyers and sellers in the Los Angeles area since 2004. Tim has extensive experience representing both buyers and sellers of single family homes, condominiums, and income properties. Leveraging his own personal experience purchasing, remodeling and selling homes, Tim walks his first-time and experienced clients through the nuances of buying and selling real estate. Tim’s time and dedication to his clients before, during, and after the sales process is evident in the sheer volume of repeat and referral business he sees from his clients. Prior to a full-time career in real estate, Tim honed his marketing skills as a management consultant working with Fortune 500 companies across many different industries. Tim lives in Pasadena with his husband, two sons, and their dog.
